This project involved the design and execution of a large-scale robinia wood playground intended to become a defining public space within a residential community.
The objective was to create more than a recreational facility – the playground was envisioned as a central meeting point and a symbol of renewed community life. Spring playgrounds developed a spatial concept structured around a dominant, iconic play tower system.
The composition includes elevated platforms, enclosed spiral slides, suspended rope bridges, circular climbing rings, and extensive net climbing areas that wrap the structure externally. Robinia wood was selected for its natural resilience and its ability to integrate harmoniously into open green environments.
Its organic texture and structural integrity allow for tall, expressive constructions while maintaining a warm and approachable appearance.
